Download links and license keys live in the same customer portal.
Install
Your purchase email contains both the license key and the Supermac download link.
Open the disk image, then drag Supermac into your Applications folder.
Paste the license key from your purchase email into the activation window.
Once a key is active, macOS asks for the permissions each feature needs. Click Allow when it asks.
License
Supermac checks the key with the licensing service when you activate, so the Mac needs internet access. Until a key is active, the activation window is the only one that opens.

Permissions
Supermac asks only when a feature needs it. You can say no and grant the permission later. Read the full macOS permissions guide for every access, why it is asked for and what stays on your Mac.
Troubleshooting
Download Supermac again from your purchase email or the customer portal, then open the copy in Applications.
If macOS still blocks it, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, find Supermac under Security, click Open Anyway and confirm.
Only run a copy from your own purchase email or the portal. Don't download Supermac from third-party sites or turn Gatekeeper off.
Paste the full key from your purchase email with no extra spaces, and keep the Mac online while it checks.
The key covers up to 3 Macs. If you are moving from an older Mac, deactivate it in the customer portal to free the seat.
Still failing? Email support with the last four characters of the key and the exact message Supermac shows. Don't send the full key.
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and make sure Supermac is on.
If it is already on, turn Supermac off and on again, then quit and reopen the app.
